7. Use of artificial intelligence tools
To analyze requests, structure requirements, prepare proposals, assist with technical research, texts, code or other workflow tasks, the Contractor may use artificial intelligence tools and related digital services.
The Client agrees that the information voluntarily provided by the Client may be processed using such tools only to the extent necessary to process the request, evaluate the task or perform the agreed Services.
8. Protection of personal data
The Contractor takes necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution and other unlawful actions.
9. Personal data retention period
Personal data are stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, unless a longer period is required by law or contractual obligations.
10. Rights of the personal data subject
The personal data subject has the right to request information about the processing of their personal data, request clarification, blocking or deletion of such data if it is inaccurate or processed unlawfully.
